HELENA, MT — The Montana Stockgrowers Association has announced its endorsement of Matt Rosendale as their preferred candidate to represent Montana in the United States Congress.
“I am honored and humbled to receive the endorsement of the Montana Stockgrowers Association. Montana’s ranchers are the best in the world and are the backbone of our state, and our nation,” said Rosendale. “Members of our agriculture community already face more uncertainty and volatility than most, and if elected, I will fight for Country of Origin Labeling (COOL), fair trade deals, and policies that protect future generations of agriculture.”
In their endorsement of Rosendale, the Montana Stockgrowers Association noted that they make their endorsement based on an evaluation of which candidates show a “commitment to agriculture and rural issues” and who are “committed to endeavors that help ensure the future of Montana’s ranching families.”
