HELENA, MT — During the Montana Television Network debate between the candidates for Montana’s lone Congressional seat on Saturday, Extreme Kathleen Williams expressed openness to packing the U.S. Supreme Court with extreme liberal justices, who will rewrite our laws rather than enforcing them as the constitution mandates.
When asked the pointed question of whether she supports Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer’s plan to expand and pack the high court if they take control next year, Extreme Kathleen said “You know, for me the jury is out on that, I need to hear the arguments from both sides. Some have said that the Supreme Court isn’t sufficiently representative of the nation.”
The number of justices on the Supreme Court has been set at nine for over 150 years, and Extreme Kathleen’s openness to destroying our judicial norms because her chosen candidate, Hillary Clinton, did not win the 2016 Presidential election speaks volumes.
“Extreme Kathleen Williams’s willingness to entertain the Pelosi-Schumer Democrat power grab to pack the Supreme Court with extreme far-left activist justices puts the rule of law, religious liberty, and 2nd Amendment rights of every Montanan in jeopardy,” said Rosendale campaign spokesman Sean Brislin. “Montanans do not want a representative in Congress – like Extreme Kathleen – who will fall in line with Democrat party bosses to force their liberal California agenda on Montanans by judicial fiat.”
